At Alliance Physical Therapy we have the experience that you need to help you realize your therapy goals. Our one-on-one patient relationship helps clients from all walks of life maximize their time in therapy to achieve the best results possible. Please take a moment to learn more about the individuals that make Alliance Physical Therapy a great place.

Brittany is a 2014 graduate from University of Nebraska Medical Center, with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Before that, she attended Doane College, where she majored in biology, as well as participated on Doane’s volleyball and track teams, and in their music department. Since graduation in 2014, Brittany has been working at Alliance Physical Therapy. She has enjoyed developing her manual therapy skills, including certification in dry needling in 2016. Continuing her love for sports and music, she is involved in the community choir, co-ed softball, and women’s volleyball league.

Brittany is married to Anthony McClary, a local veterinarian. She and her husband dabble in the cattle business, with a small farm back by their home town of Arcadia, NE. They have three young children, Corinne, Gabe, and William that keep them busy with school and extra-curricular activities. They enjoy spending time outdoors, and frequent visits to central Nebraska to visit family and friends.

Shauna first became interested in physical therapy when she worked as a PT technician. That made her decide to go back to school and become a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), which she has been licensed since July of 2011. Shauna has been an awesome addition to our team since March of 2018. She enjoys helping people get back to what they love doing.  She thinks it is wonderful to see people get better and do what makes them happy.

Shauna is a mom to her two daughters, Lilly and Natalie, and they like to keep her busy with all of their activities. She helps them with their 4-H animals each year leading up to the county fair.

Karen Best has been working at Alliance Physical Therapy since 2002. She takes on many roles to assist in coordinating patient care, including new patient in-take, scheduling, PT technician, and general cleanliness of the clinic. She makes Brittany and Shauna’s life much easier in the work space! She enjoys working and talking to the patients, and sharing interactions and stories with them to make them feel at home.  When she is not working, she loves being with her family and friends, hiking, boating, and visiting her friend’s cabin in the Black Hills. But most of all she loves hanging out with her 6 grandkids. They keep her young at heart, laughing, and busy with grandma attending all of the sport and extra-curricular activities.
